It seems you have trouble staying on topic. ISIS was destroyed by the Shia militias of Iraq, the Kurds of Iraq, and the Iraq armed forces. Their wives are in detention centers in Iraq and being judged on a case by case basis, in a court. Some have been returned to Russia and Chechenia and elsewhere. Trump has refused to allow ISIS wives back into the US. The Arab Spring revolt was started by the Bush administration. Why do you bring up a DEM president in all this? I'm not going to continue posting right wing material (Such as Trump's "they don't send their best", or more MS-13 clips, or Carlson's coverage of caravans) to further my argument that right wing coverage is xenophobic fear mongering.
