playing video games is a lot easier and funner when you're able to view the action on some sort of a screen...

I love my little netbook, its got a pissy 8" screen

Not really one for Video game, but probably will get the new WoW one.

And I'll probably be playing it on my netbook

Video games on the big ass screens make my head hurt

they've got cable in this place where i'm living. free. whoo-pi-ee.
50 channels of sports, 10 of holy rollers, 20 of home shopping clubs and ifomercials, another ten or fifteen of idiots with guns driving around in cars and shooting at each other, and maybe five that ever have anything i give a flying rat about on them.
nasa archives, science, cartoon network, bbc america, and very rarely syfy.

thank god for the internet. not that being entertained is exactly my thing. i'd rather be making stuff or playing with train sims.

I'm watching a show about the first ironclad naval battle between the Monitor and the Virginia right now on the Science Channel. I did not know a lot of the stuff they are saying.

They found human bones in the turret of the Monitor. The British Royal Navy canceled all construction of wooden warships after that first battle. Ken Burns' Civil War series and the shows on the History Channel never said this.

The dude just said that the Monitor withdrew first, to assess their damage after a direct hit to their pilot house, then the Virgina withdrew and left the area completely. I always heard the the Virgina quit the battle first.
