Fae, I've known a few women like that...they got culled in my friend weeding a while back when they didn't take very kindly to me telling them how very shitty it is to cancel plans for no reason or (even better!) to just not show. grrrrrr

Funny thing is when I wasn't there immediately for them in the event a teenyweeny little thing happened, they were all WTH!!! lol

 

Yah that sucks when someone cancels with short notice or no notice....

 

culling is a bit harsh even if its for something as important as a friend weeding

that is the story of 90% of my cleaning. one room looks great, everything else is trashed. it would be good to have the living room, kitchen, and bathroom acceptable for company at all times, but i havent gotten there yet, lol.

we got a furniture set today. an older couple were getting rid of it from their guest room. we were going to pay for it, but the lady said they would just give it to us. a bed frame, two nightstands (with drawers, huzzah!) and a dresser with a mirror. so now i can at least get our laundry storage problem under control.

 

cleaning up i came across a sign in my bar that was in german. i went to an online translator and this is what came up. "and sits you with the beer remain calmly thereby the woman grumbles over zwolf exactly as around two."

the word zwolf had those two dots above the O so i guess thats why that word didnt translate.

anyone know what all that means?

i think i solved my laundry problem, i think im going to donate a bunch of clothes, i always save stuff i wouldnt wear in case i am going to get real dirty and that way i can just toss it in the trash rather than deal with cleaning it. but now i have much more shirts than i will ever get that dirty.
