I enjoyed the film. Personally I don't think that anyone will be thanking the academy (although as has been mentioned there is buzz about this), but it is a fine 'brain out of gear' film.
Your probably right... I can see Black Swan easily sweeping the Oscars this year. However I would be very surprised if Jeremy Renner is not nominated or the film does not get nominated for at least original screenplay. So far definitely one of my favorite movies to come out this year though.
I think that you are right in regards to the Nominations for The Town. As for who actually wins, Black Swan is certainly a strong contender. So is The Kings Speech though. I think that one of those two films will sweep the Oscars this year. It just depends on the mood of the Academy.

This film was a solid second effort, but like Gone Baby Gone suffers from a lack of realism. The acting is very fine, particularly from Jeremy Renner and John Hamm, and the action scenes are extremely well directed. However, the story just didn't work for me. Perhaps Affleck should hand over the writing to someone else for his next film.… Download Thor Movie
