I think that would be better characterized as Monism.

Compatibilists, at least from what I've read/heard, are all the way in agreement with strict determinists in that they view consciousness as an emergent phenomena of brain complexity, but they differ by suggesting complexity reaches a point in humans which allows for something like gestalt volition, a phrase I made up but basically what I'm saying is the totality of consciousness could not be predicted by it's constiuent parts and that consciousness allows us to have choice in indeterminate ways.

Rabbits nest in the stupidest places. One year we couldn't let the dogs in the backyard for weeks because a rabbit decided a slight depression in the middle of the lawn was a safe space to have her babies.

Baby rabbits need their mom... They can't make it without. (depending on their age) This has to do with how baby rabbits "kickstart" their digestive system... Do a google search for details.

Mother rabbits will allow a nest to be moved by people if it's close by and uses the same nesting materials. Nests are covered during the day.

This does no good if the cat still has access to the new location though.

    Sigh.

New warehouse is a disaster already. All the power went out. Can't do anything. Power tripped fire alarm boss has another big invoice to pay for fire truck and I'm kinda pissed off because it's my warehouse to manage and I can't even manage it at the moment. :(

I loved that series so much...I know that one day I will reread it. omg that series of books was an undertaking beyond my wildest imagination. One day I'm going to own a set.

I personally LOVED the way Brandon Sanderson came in and ended it. I know a number of people did not feel that way...but it pleased me greatly.

awww @Faelixx please don't be too mad at your 4 legged buddy who totally loves you. He was just doing what came natural to him. That was his survival skills kicking in...he would have given them to you, I bet. :) Please go love him. <3

I don't just think I can't absorb and discuss on the level of @guerillabedlam...I am completely certain beyond the shadow of a doubt I can't "discuss" anything intelligently with you, gb. Lord, it takes me a minute to get through one of your sentences and even if I didn't agree...the most intelligent thing I could probably come up with would be: "I don't agree."

lol carry on. I like reading smart things. I have hopes it may eventually rub off on me.

That's cause you're a do'er Lynn, not a thinker. Something needs to be done you do it. You don't think about the theatrics behind it, you just get it done. Like me. :) or something.

So when there's something to be all philosophical about we just get it done. God, aliens. Prove me wrong. We don't need all the theatrics behind it.cant prove us wrong anyway. ;)

I find rabbits learn very quickly. If they escape a pen, that's what they go for and they're like the raptors on Jurassic Park, they test everything for weaknesses, they don't bother with the same place twice either. Took us a lot of different designs for us to keep ours but then I just went and bought 3 decent sized pet fences for them. Unless they get through my wire at the bottom they can't get out unless they dig.

But they're not stupid in that regard either. They know their urine eventually breaks through wire, so they piss all over it and they test it and might be months and months but they go back to it, bite through and start digging.

That's why I feel bad for having rabbits sometimes. I mean they're pet store, they aren't wild. They can't be in the wild they wouldn't survive, but they don't want to be in the pens either so I have another pet fence I wrap around the pens and then I can let them out onto the lawn to eat grass. But they look through that fence too, grass is always greener on the other side, right? Yeah, well it ain't safe either.

They hold a lot of respect for the fences, often binky around to stir my dog up knowing he can't get in. Well he could if he really wanted to I suppose, he's strong enough to probably flip the thing if he tries.

He's a soft anyway, he doesn't know what to do with them when he gets them, though he's killed two but they were just slobbered, no bites or anything. Basically he just scared them to death which is very common.
