Are you her doctor? No you're not. Healthy comes in many different sizes. Just as you may be healthy at your size she may be at hers. There isn't one body type for 'healthy'.

 

imo you should be more toned. if she was realli healthy: keeping active and eating right, than she would be a little slimmer. healthy does come in different sizes but I don't think healthy=having a belly. imo
