Oh it did. I feel so much better (She says after eating her third maccy d cheese burger)! I went to a family do last wednesday and everyone couldn't get over how slim I looked. I'm not covering up in sweats anymore either! I bought my first skirt and tights last week in 3 years.

Oh and the dread. No idea why it looks so perfect I don't do anything to them.

 

Yeah, we went to a family reunion a few weeks ago, and my Aunt said she had lost over 50 pounds. I didn't think she even had that much on her, but she did look fantastic. You could tell in the way she smiled, and moved, she was finally happy with herself.
Everyone deserves that feeling!

Wow well done Hd, I'm jealous!! How did you do it? Just the old excercise and eat well? I'm hoping there is some huge easy secret but I have yet to find one...

 

Get a high energy dog. If you don't walk it it'll destroy your house. The weight flies off and it's a good incentive then! Nah most of it was actually down to my Wii Fit. Instead of jogging on the spot I jogged round my flat and I just drastically cut the calories because I was just comfort eating all the time after a traumatic period.

The last six months though I just weighed myself every two weeks on the wii and I toned up a bit by walking in the woods. It has been bloody easy though seeing as I still eat all the usual shitty food just not as much.

 

Nintendo saves lives...
