Hey girl, I'm on your side. I'm 52 and in my prime also. Matter-of-fact, I look younger than for my age than most. Good genes, lol.. I have my health and stand straight too, lol. Were doing awesome girlfriend. Don't let anyone get to you, they're just young and dumb. We have lived through the sixties and had a ball. And still having fun. It's fun thinking and being young at heart. Hard times
do hit us in life, but it just makes us stronger. We develop more character and become a much better person for it.They will find out the same as time goes on and they have the experiences that we have had in our life. And I wouldn't change it for the world.

    Peace,

    Daharma;)

Kids can be sort of mean. I remember being out in a neighboring town where no one knew me last Fall...I was wearing old bell bottoms and a knitted multicolored poncho, a big metal peace sign necklace sent to me by UnionPacificRailroad, with my long hair in a braided leather headband, and some kids yelled, "Nice costume, but isn't Halloween over?"
I laughed and replied that I like Halloween so well, I dress up like that all of the time. A couple of them just snorted, but one of them came over and slapped me some skin, saying, "You rock on, lady. You're cool."
As I went on my way, I FELT sort of cool.
It's really good to be back, by the way. I've missed those of you I know, and to those of you I don't: greetings, brothers and sisters!
Incidentally, Shameless--rock on, lady. You're cool.
