yeah i hear you. i hate thinking about my dog dying, but i think i want my next dog to be a husky or malamute, preferably with wolf. they really are more allies than pets.

my little guy is of the extremely needy variety, but i love him so much, hes like my kid lol.

 

i LOVE huskies... but i don't even have a home right now, much less a big backyard for a dog of such proportions

 

i want chickens =[

 

Well, since you guys mentioned it. I have an alaskan malamute named Tundra. She definitely is a killer. She's brought back loads of animals.

I can't find any puppy pictures other than this one.


This is her a couple years ago. She's about 3 or 4 now, and really filled out. I need some new pics of her.


This is my favorite picture of her. I only wish there was snow on the ground.


The squirrel she killed. We were walking in the woods and this squirrel ran up a tree. I instinctively said "get it!". And sure enough she scared it down the tree and got. She didn't eat dog food for a couple days.

I would do anything for one with bigger resolution. I can't believe I didn't take more. She literally was a walking fur ball. She was so fatter than she was tall.

 

i want a malamute now

 

My favorite thing about her is she never barks. Instead she howls. It's like she talks. She has so many different sounding howls. She only sounds like a wolf when there is person around she doesn't like or an animal she wants to get.

 

sled dogs need a lot of exercise people or they will literally go nuts. keep it in mind if you want one of this type.

 

^True dat. There's two huskies in my street. Never ever walked they are vicious as hell. On one rare occassion that they were walked, the owner brought them over to our house to see our new puppy, puppy stuck his head through the gate to say hi and one of them bit him quite badly. LUCKILY,we had the know how to get him out of the issues that followed the dog bite. I hate them with a passion and it's a shame, they're gorgeous too. He's breeding them too........:smash:

Aww AC he's soo cute. Mmmkay, this is a better pic of my dog @ 7 months old. He also craves the attentions and what nots. I'm hoping to show him when he gets a bit older.

 

So i don't really have any pictures with my animals..but I will share the pics of them anyway.

BEAUTIFUL pictures chaos!

 

Ignore the quality... taken with our webcam, but I needed to get in on the action. It's hard to take a live shot with a three year old and cats that truly don't appreciate him yet.

First off, this is my oldest and my first cat Bob.



This is our other cat Karma.

 

And this is of my son with his wolf shirt on. I found it at Value Village and could not resist it. He is the "cool kid" with the "cool shirt" at his school.

Ok, not pet related, but pretty darn close!





And yes, the back does have a tail that lifts as well!
