The New And Improved, What Are/ Have You Been Doing Today.

Just had a small test, although it was all just revision Statics and Dynamics stuff we did last year so was pretty easy. Finished and got out early so I'm just chilling in the shade at the moment until my lab starts for Chem. After that I think I'll go home to get something to eat, then come back and do this report for tomorrow.

 

Damn I'm tempted but my dreads, despite doing pretty well, are still young.

End of term Japanese test last night, nailed it, probably 100%. Yay.

 

Oohh lots of tests going on, good luck people I had my external assessment interview yesterday, it couldn't have gone better! She loved my stuff, she said it was refreshing to see someone who could draw *properly*! eeeyyayyayy!! Really excited to show my stuff at the end of year show now!

Just got held up for 10 minutes at security while the African employees asked me about my hair, made me smile. They were asking who twists the beeswax in for me

I finally got the egg idea the other week. I was standing in line at Maccas when an African lady tapped me on the shoulder and started telling me about how if I put egg whites in my hair it'll help the dreads, and that is what she does for her brothers.

It's been pretty cool recently, I've actually had quite a few compliments about my hair from a bunch of strangers, both drunk and sober haha. The fact that they actually said dreads was pretty sweet too, because it means that people can actually tell now

I've been doing a lot of sewing lately, I really like it. Maybe I'll start selling stuff, it would help a lot to have another income (even if it's small)

I walked past a guy today and he complimented my dreads For once, a stranger in the street hasn't insulted me ;D

Was at work all day today. Re-arranged a wall, now it looks tidy and in order ^^

 

Contemplating ending a lot of shit and being stuck on pokemon yellow.

 

I decided to stop using the main library at uni and spend more time in the smaller, quieter one - there are those two guys with badass dreads there, boy, I can't stop staring at them... So cool. Why oh why are mine not like that? I really hope it's just a matter of time!

Worked today. There's a girl at this new store, with these beautiful long blonde dreads!
I was talking to her today about them (Cause she complimented my hair ) and they're apparently 6 years old! They're a bit longer than mid back length, and were a fair bit less than shoulder length at first. She want's to keep them for a few more years until they reach her arse, then will cut.

 

Drove the ex to the airport... I have a fucking problem with being too nice.

 

Watched a Film called NEDS, suffered from a hangover and finally got my ass on here after being away for soooo long !!!

 

Watched Gladiator, went rock climbing and generally was very smiley and happy with the weekend's events.

 

Went to peterborough for the weekend to see a college friend, it was good She has a new dog and he is looovely. Been thinking about what sort of car I want to get and when too. I also need to clean my room, I haven't been keeping it very tidy recently...

 

Started to get back into painting again... going to get meself an easel today ^_^

 

I did some work today, then entertained my kiddos for a while
