Today...still holidays in the snow

 

Kinda raging against the house today, I want to go and do something but I have no idea what, and not a great deal of monies to facilitate anything. I should study or tidy or some shit like that but I know it won't satisfy my desire to do something productive. Tidying is a bad idea because between the weather and the idiotic militant unionist* binmen there is 3 weeks worth of rubbish out the front of the house.

*Last year unison member went on strike because the council bonus structure predominantly rewarded jobs held mostly by men, and won. Now they are striking because some of their members are losing their fat bonus cheques in the restructuring of pay.

 

I would recommend not calling him fynnian, really not a good idea, unless you plan him to be a member of the provo's,

its pronounced feee-ack, and provo's is short for the provisional IRA, which are the guerrilla warfare army that are completely illegal. they were what was left over after the IRA was disbanded years and years after the rebellion, the Fynians, (pronounced feeenians) are a sect of northern Irish pretty sure they are the same thing, but i cant prove it. lots of history anyway.

Moral of the story is those from the republic, not so much the biggest fans of the provo's anymore, give it time though the government is screwing things up enough here that they may gain in popularity again soon

 

Today me and my Dad went to a music shop called "Nevada". It was freakin awesome. We went in to get me a guitar, max price £200. We came out and dad spent over £600 xD he got a new epiphone SG electric, my ibanez bubinga (freakin' awesome wood) acoustic, a hard case.. a bass amp for me.. plecs.. etc.
