Nope

 

In built light meters are largely unreliable anyway.

 

More reliable than a 50 year old external one though I'm guessing

 

Depends how well you can learn to compensate with your camera. Trial and error that kinda thing. I remember when I got my fifty, It's light metering was horrific compared to my XTi, but I learned it's mannerisms quickly

 

that was my thinking, and internal light meters can be quite good

 

Ive never met a light meter I liked.

 

My parents hate him and think I've stopped seeing him
and I haven't seen him, in ages, and I'm sad.
So I'll just leave it for now and pretend I never found out. Might say something about it at some point, might use it against her if I need to, or I might just not confront her and feel sad and continue to get fucked over by these people... Which is most likely...

In other news, I went to a really good gig/christmas party today and I was happy. It was my favourite local band and I loves them :love:

 

Anyone else leave their Christmas shopping till today?

 

I did no shopping, I did all the presents myself

 

I finished mine a month ago. I <3 Christmas shopping.

 

Then mother nature was like 'merry fucking christmas Cairns' and gave us a cyclone.

So I was up before 5 this morning runnin around in the rain and wind trying to fix up the tarp that was ripped off the tent and put it back on. Once that was all done, I sat on the patio with a towel and watched all the trees in the bush behind us blow around. Power was out for a few hours this morning too, but back on now and the sun is peaking through the clouds

 

The park I work at is about to go under...floods.
Lots of happy campers....NOT!

Santa has been and all is well....frozen margaritas ready, oysters shucked and prawns peeled:2thumbsup:

 

I'm going to cook Christmas dinner, et a tin of roses, drink tequila sunrises and snow balls, go to the pub, finish my left over Christmas meal and put on the stone I lost in 15 weeks in two days.
