Well its not exactly trippy, but Halleluhwah by Can is the greatest psychedelic rock song of all time. Its also Krautrock!
Also [star] by Boredoms comes pretty damn close.

 

"Slip Inside this House" by The 13th Floor Elevators is great.

 

AND:

"Electric Wizard" by Electric Wizard. No song gets closer to the true essence of true psychedelia, no matter how much everyone in here wants to fellate the Beatles.
