It's late to start a movie, but hubby wants to watch ''Down.'' That Hulu ''into the dark'' series. Looks dumb, but I'll give it a try.

I'm currently working on "Ant Man and the Wasp". It's on Netflix.

The Fyre Festival documentary on Netflix

Oh my god, that's actually like a horror film seeing what those party-goers had to go through.

Then again, I think if anyone were to spend more than $2000 on a ticket to see Ja Rule and Blink 182, this old saying comes to mind:

"A fool and his/her money are easily parted."

    Better Watch Out

It's a horror movie. I won't give away any spoilers.

What a fantastic film. I really wasn't bothered about watching it as I really didn't think it would be my sort of film, however after making the missus watch First Man, it was her turn to choose. Great performances by all of the actors and I was actually gutted at the end. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be about at all and I'd glad I made the effort to watch it!

I was going to watch Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion and decided against it at the last minute. It was in theaters when I was a junior in high school; not particularly a time I feel like reliving. I couldn't e bothered to go to a movie theater because I was constantly jacked up on something or other... anyway, the movie reminds me that I never adequately connected with anyone in my graduating class, and so in order to avoid getting depressed over nothing, I opted to watch an additional episode of Madam Secretary. I fell asleep during that. :)

^aw I have such great memories of Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. I saw it in theater with my best friend when we were maybe 11 or 12 and we thought it was hysterical

I gave this one a second chance. It hasn't grabbed my full attention yet so my laptop is staying open. The first time I watched this movie I didn't like it. It reminds me of the cold winter I spent in the snowy outdoors of northern Idaho. Well, we weren't totally outdoors; we had teepees and eventually dorms. :) Anyway, it reminded me of that and how serious you have to take that kind of weather. Every dumb misstep someone makes in this movie really feels like an obvious mistake to someone who has been through an excursion of that sort. It's like, you wouldn't make that mistake because you'd for sure know better! Anyway, it's not at all bad just Hollywood not real... lol. It's actually based on a true story. These guys are pretty cavalier about something that is extremely dangerous imo.

I was watching The Omen (1976) and I was wondering why the Ambassador didn't yell out Diplomatic Immunity before he was shot by the police while trying to stab his son Damien?

I want to like it to, but I’ve come to realize it’s just not very well made and the lead characters are miscast.

It’s too bad because like many other people at the time I was captivated by the news stories coming from Kathmandu
