Interesting... I liked the part where the main guy meets papa in the kitchen of his home. I thought the part about cooking was an interesting aside. It's a Spielberg movie too! :)

This movie also stars Ellen Pompeo. Imagine my surprise, as her name isn't on the cover. Gyllenhaal is pretty good in it. And of course Pompeo, Hoffman, and Sarandon are all brilliant.

I was visiting my sister and her kids. So we watched a family friendly cgi animated movie and it was really good

Professional wine tasters? How does one get this job?

I'd be employee of the month...every month.

You have to pass a test There are 5 wines to taste and you have to guess the grape variety and region it's from. Hardly anyone passes.

10 Cloverfield Lane.....good, suspenseful film, the last 5-10 mins just felt a bit 'tacked on'.

Yeah, I liked it. There were quite a few unsuspecting twists along the way.

Recently, the last two movies were:

A Quiet Place, and I Can Only Imagine

A Quiet Place - really good. Suspenseful, and makes you consider what you might do in that situation. And could I be that quiet? If your life depended on how quiet you needed to be, could you do it? I also adore Emily Blunt, so there's that.

I Can Only Imagine - a true story about a Christian singer from the band Mercy Me. It was good, but a little slow. Very moving story, though.

My favorite movie, bar none, is Airplane! from 1980. Dated, but still damn funny 38 years later! :D

As for the last one I sat down and watched? That's a tough one! I do NOT remember! :(

  20. I tried watching IT but couldn't finish.
    It's boring and dumb.

(just like the book and most of S.King's work)
