About The Same As If You Were Drinking Fosters..........NOTHING.....Not A Red Cent...... Cheers Glen.
... I know youre just playing, cause I can probably pound 12 these... tbh, knowing myself.. 8/ or 9 no problem... Ill have to say its not to bad for ghetto swill.. better than coors and straub by far..
But The Joke Is Australians Hardly Ever Drink The Stuff.....Most Of The Beer Produced Is Exported..... Cheers Glen.
Drinking steel reserve. I guess ill review it this time.. L: Clear light coppery yellow. Two finger white head with great retention. Sticky lacing. S: Pineapple, pine, grass, light toasted malt biscuit, mint. T: Grassy/earthen hops, citrus and pine make their presence known as well. Toasted biscuit malts. Perfectly balanced and complex. Absolutely delicious. F: Medium body, very crisp and refreshing. O: Well known as one of the most prestigious beers of all time and it more than lives up to its reputation.
Do you have any heady topper or pliny the younger to trade? i had to pull a few strings to get my hands on this...
This latest release of Grimm's Lambo Door is off the hooook. Def one of the best double IPAs from Grimm. Freaking incredible beer!! Like drinking gummy bear juice.
Gotta catch up on the last page or two, but walking the dog first. Before I go, my first beer of the night... (Alc. 6.3%) By smell: Citrusy hops presenting first upon a faint bready canvas. And a malty sweetness wafts through the entire experience. By taste: Slightly bitter hops of pithy grapefruit and a hint of lemon. The bready canvas is now more of a cracker sidekick. Overall, one of the more pleasant hops-based brews I've had. Low on the bitter bite with a calm citrus spirit, rounded out with a bready/cracker base.
I am now drinking Blackberry Orange Pop from Grimm. This is a dessert Berliner weiss style ale brewed with blackberries, orange zest, vanilla and lactose. 4.8% ABV Bottled January, 2017 Pours a bright, cherry red color which looks almost like cherry juice, with a frothy, pink head. Aroma is of a wild yeast funk with tart lemon, blackberry, cherry, orange and vanilla. Flavor is of a mouth-puckering tartness which consists of sour lemon, cherry and berry flavors, as well as a wild yeast funk and lacto sourness. Mouthfeel is light and quite acidic with a moderate carbonation. Overall an outstanding sour ale brewed with fruit which adds tartness to its already tart character. A
Hmmm some deep thoughts there. Well there was that one time I wanted to go to see a concert. I can't think of any other reasons though.
Now drinking yet another sour from Grimm, this is Skyspace. This is a dry-hopped sour ale brewed with raspberries. 5% ABV Bottled January, 2017. The beer pours much the same color as the previous beer, but with a slightly pale, more pinkish than reddish color. The beer's fizzy head is a vibrant pink color. Aroma is of a slight barnyard funk, lacto sourness, lemongrass, lemon rind, raspberry and oak. Flavor is tart with a puckering lemon bite. Towards the finish, flavors of raspberry, grass and oak shine through. The beer's mouthfeel is crisp, acidic and tart with a quite dry finish. Carbonation is quite crisp and effervescent. This is an AMAZING sour!! Overall rating: A+
