How many kids go missing abroad though?
I think it has fuck all to do with looks, its the parents persistence, the fact they have money and they are totally dedicated to their kids. The same thing wouldnt happen if it was a family with 5 kids, on the dole, doing a cheap holiday to Spain. I really hope they find her though, but theres still no body so you never know. I do think if they find her she is going to be pretty screwed up. Poor little kid

Also, I would say that plenty of children go missing abroad each year. If it can happen to some stupid twats who left their child in an apartment alone, then it can most certainly happen to most other people.

Also, notice how you never see any boys being abducted in the media? They're all pretty white girls.

And no its not always pretty white girls - call me arrogant but i havent seen many abductions (proberly because i dont watch TV or read news papers) but word gets around!!

Actually that is a fallacy. Almost as many boys are abducted in to the porn industry as girls each year. At least thats what I read on a website about internet law enforcement - cant remember the site just that it stated its a fallacy to say its mainly girls who are abducted

 

I think that's the point. You never *see* boys being abducted, but they are. Which goes to show that being an abducted photogenic little girl increases your likelihood of being featured in the media...

 

True. It is always pretty young white girls. She is clearly photogenic. Guess that now the entire photo album has been shown to the world, I reckon there is possibility that this is going to pervert the case.

 

Not just speaking of abduction. Do you think it is wise to leave 3 young children alone? What if one got sick ot hurt. You would think an adult should be around!

The whole situation has become so massive that kids in a local school are making a new bank holiday. It is called, Madelines day. I am sure that if she is still alive, twenty years time, the paparazzi will be on her heal.

 

I remember for a short while in the US after the JonBenet Ramsay & Elizabeth Smart disappeared people wondered why it was young pretty white (rich) kids have all the media attention when hundreds of thousands of kids disappear everyday Not all white & rich. Why does the media not focus on them.

P.S. I never baught the Elizabeth Smart abduction...I still think the family was involved and there was much going on we didn't know. But that's a seperate story :H

Apparently there is news that the parents will be appealing to Spain or something to continue the long drawn out campaign. I think it has been nearly three weeks since she went missing and there is no trace nor evidence. Also a witness has regrets suggesting that she should have stopped the bloke who appeared to be carrying a small item which could have been the kid.

It is heartbreaking to see that this case is failing each day. I think eventually a body will be discovered. I doubt now that she is still alive.

 

Any exscuse for a holiday! *shakes head*

Heavens forbid you jumping to conclusions but maybe those t-shirts were donated. It is true horrid cash grabbers have been exploiting the situation so maybe you are right but the t-shirts I have seen have been with the familys consent.

 

I honestly think she is dead now, it doesnt make sense if someone was holding her hostage why havent they asked for money etc. Maybe they are holding out!! If she is alive theres such a huge risk now that she has been abused of some kind - i mean people generally dont steal al child and play happy familys with them do they!! poor little kid, its so shit.

 

I now believe she is dead. Disgarded someplace under a bush or under a cactus somewhere. I leave room for imagination.
