lol thanks. im on a rollercoaster with the way i look. one day i think i look ok and the next day im not so sure. anyway summers coming up 10-15lbs sounds good to me
same here.i wouldn't be bad if i lost 10 pounds but at the same time i don't really care.cuz i obviously would have done something about by now i'll start skating again and get some leg muscles
Well theres nothing wrong with getting more exercise. Just make sure you both stay nice and healthy. And I'm not just trying to be nice, you're very attractive women. Maybe you should take up something aerobic. Like I said, I like swimming cause I don't sweat.
I went to my one of my friends yoga classes a couple of times with her. The teacher got mad at me cause I kept calling it streching.
I do yoga It's great. I'm not sure what I weigh really... I have a little bit of a tummy but it's going slowly!
I Like the Look of Curvy Women... I'm 5ft 6 and a Half...231 lbs...Gained 5 lbs Since March... My Body I Love ...And so Do Many Others... Although I Have Been to Extreme Underweight Some Years Ago... As Long as One is Happy With Their Body...I Really Don't Think Weight Matters... Personaly...I Like Gaining...
i used to be like that too. my friends used to FORCE me to eat. and would always call me anorexic. It was so annoying. I ate. I just didnt gain anything. .. then when I was 17 I made it a goal to gain some.. so I ate soooo unhealthy for awhile. No more force feedings. haha but seriously though, it would get me depressed that people were calling me that and i couldnt gain weight to change it.
not if all the fat is going to the insides. some people have the fat build up in places like around their heart, which isn't visible weight. (and can kill you).
