I was told I had to, but I could be wrong... I took financial advice but didn;t look into fully myself... maybe someone else knows?
So the fact that the government is intending to change the way my pension operates so that I receives a smaller lump sum on retirement is my own problem and is nothing to do with government?... So the fact that the government is intending to change the way my pension works so that I receive a smaller yearly pension than I would if the government made no changes to my pension is also my problem and nothing to do with government?... And the fact that the government is intending to impose an extra five years on my working life before I will be able to draw my full pension and, if I retire before full pension age I will be penalised financially, is also my problem and nothing to do with the government?... Is it me or are you being purposefully stupid?... Fly...
All i said was personal finaces are our own problems nothing too do with goverments imho (they can't force you to save for retirement). As for having wait an extra 5 years for the state pension , that i am not sure about and all i can say is read about it .. you can say it is all Mr Blairs fault if you wish.. or less able bodies working , growing economies through nearly a trillion pounds worth of personal debt etc etc etc .. you tell me ?.
