I was wondering if anyone can let me know if me hair is long enough for the locks!

It is probably long enough to lock, but you might have trouble keeping them together at first, I have seen pictures of people with uber short locks with hair probably 3/4 the length of yours. Try it and see, if they don't hold well you can always take em out and wait a little while longer. GOOD LUCK BRO

 

It really depends on how curly your hair is...how curly is is? is it curly at all?

 

curly...no

 

My hair started to lock itself when it was an inch or so longer than yours is and my hair was slightly wavy almost straight. It doesn't really depend on how curly the hair is, although curly hair no doubt locks more easily, but what matters more is how thin or thick it is, you can have the curliest hair around, but if your hair is too thick it might not lock as easily. The thinner and curlier the better, but everyones hair is unique, just like everyones locks are unique, and should be celebrated no matter what they look like. Good luck once again .

That's it! I'm getting dreads.

 

Leave em be, they will lock into your other locks over time, but if you can't wait you can crochet the lose hairs into your locks, or make a dread ball with it and shuv it into the nearest dread. Hope this helps. Enjoy the knatty wonderfullness.
