So Nikki Haley quit her job after two years because she needs a break.

Now, you guys know I don't subscribe to this this side vs. that side divisive crap, but for those who do, wouldn't you say that was very millennial liberal of her to do?

The recent lie she had to tell about the UN dignitaries supposedly respecting Trump by laughing with him instead of at him might have been a little too much for her.

Yeah that sounds about right actually

Good riddance, Lindsey Graham. Several people have already proven it is unwise to hitch one's star to Trump, hopefully Graham will be no exception. Hopefully his position in the Trump admin, if it happens, will be short lived and his career as an SC senator will be over for good

Trump and his people being on the same page would be helpful to the administration.

Nikki Haley says she didn’t ‘get confused’ amid a sanctions flap with Trump’s White House

Nikki Haley says she didn’t ‘get confused’ amid a sanctions flap with Trump’s White House

    excerpt:

"Since Mr. Trump fired Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson last month, Ms. Haley has been the administration’s leading foreign policy figure. And yet she was not kept in the loop on a major decision involving perhaps America’s most powerful adversary.

According to several officials, the White House did not inform Ms. Haley that it had changed course on sanctions, leaving her to hang out alone.

“It damages her credibility going forward and once again makes everyone, friend and foe alike, wonder that when the United States says something, approves something, calls for something, opposes something, is it for real?” said Rep. Gerald Connolly, Democrat of Virginia and a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. “Should we wait to see what Trump does the next day?”"

When is Sarah Sanders gonna crack? Of all of 'em, she seems most likely to go down with the ship.

Many good points here. Clinton still would’ve been a far worse choice. She’d observe all the protocols while running the country into the dirt and consolidating the incestuous government relationships that thrived under President Obama. Corrupt and political to her core.

Just so I'm up to speed here...

Appointing a man who lied under oath and may or may not be a rapist to the Supreme Court doesn't disrespect the Constitution or the country, but kneeling before a football game does.

    Do I have this right?

Kavanaugh admits to being too emotional at the hearing where he came across as an angry, beer-drinking frat boy.

Sen. Susan Collins was convinced that his anger was proof of false allegations and that he has the proper temperament to be a U.S. Supreme Court justice.

After the vote, Susan Collins stated that she believes Kavanaugh wasn't the assailant. She apparently believes that Ford was attacked by someone who looked like Kavanaugh, the doppelganger explanation proposed by Ed Whelan, conservative commentator for National Review, who found another student in the yearbook who he thinks looked similar to Kavanaugh.

Collins voted for Trump's corporate tax cut in 2017 after being promised that the Senate would address her concerns about damage to the healthcare system in her state of Maine as a result of Trump's sabotaging of the Affordable Care Act. That promise wasn't fulfilled.

    Collins seems easy to convince.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska didn't vote against Kavanaugh. Similar to Collins, Murkowski was essentially bribed to vote for the corporate tax cut by being given rights to drilling in the arctic wildlife refuge.

Even those who portray themselves as not being aligned wtih the party end up towing the party line and sell out on their home states.

Sanders has indicated that she will be leaving the administration at the end of the year. Her press conferences at the White House have dwindled.

Apparently, not being waited on at restaurants like Red Hen who have recognized her and not being served her cheese plates have taken a toll on her.

This Trump-initiated situation is calling for damage-control welfare checks to the U.S. LPG industry.

China slashes U.S. LPG imports amid trade war

    excerpt:

"SINGAPORE (Reuters) - China has choked back on imports of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from the United States, traders and analysts said, turning to the Middle East for extra supplies amid the two countries' trade dispute.

China bought nearly 3.6 million tonnes of U.S. LPG in 2017, making the United States the country's second-largest supplier of the fuel used in petrochemicals, as well as for cooking, transport and heating.

However, U.S. imports have come off dramatically over the course of 2018, before stalling completely in late August when China imposed an additional 25 percent tariff on over 300 U.S. goods, including LPG, in retaliation for U.S. tariffs."

Apparently all those Republicans who shouted innocent until proven guilty over the Kavanaugh affair have changed their minds as they shout "Lock her up!" at a Trump rally last night.
Attendees at President Trump's campaign rally in Iowa on Tuesday night chanted "lock her up" after the president questioned whether Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) leaked allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Trump started by insulting her, then proceeded to laugh as the crowd responded.

    What an ass.

I disagree with you. We need regime change today, because the Trump administration is corrupt to the core.

Slightly off topic, but I read an article about how the dairy farmers in Iowa are not in lock step with trump regarding immigration. Seems as though that most of the dairy farm workers are illegal because the farmers can't find white people willing to do the job.

Trump's first pardon went to Russian Sholomo Rubashkin who hired 400 illegal Mexican workers for his Kosher Meat Packing plant in Iowa. Rubashkin was also convicted of money laundering through his packing plant.

Anybody else notice that the stock market has been sinking like a stone and the Long term treasury bond market is down too. The S&P is on track for the longest losing streak since the Donald took office. What could be going on? Surely Trump, who has been taking credit for the booming stock market, can't bear any responsibility at all.

Richard Pinedo has been sentenced to six months in prison by Mueller.
Pinedo would open bank accounts in his name and then sell them, "to circumvent the security features of large online digital payment companies.”
Some of his clients included Russians who then used the accounts to target social media outlets to screw up the 2016.
