Trump concocts one excuse after another for not returning Garcia to the U.S.

Trump says he's not a good person. He also insinuates that Garcia being in the U.S. was a mistake made by Biden.

Those are personal beliefs of Trump, not appeal to the law.

 

It remains to be seen how much further Musk's mental health will deteriorate.
