People have forgiven Trump in the past for the most outlandish, racist remarks and the violent events he has supported.

If they can soften their stance significantly about his violent riot at the Capitol (as surveys have shown they have), they can forgive him about the Puerto Rico remarks and other racist remarks this week in time for him to win the 2024 election.
