A spoof music video needs to be done featuring one of Trump's favorite big-time rappers who raps while Trump naps. It would be similar to the spoof on South Park where the rock band was on stage raging away while Rod Stewart was motionless in a wheelchair up front muttering 'poop pants'.
Forced to being in criminal court for potentially six weeks is a prison sentence for Trump. He'd likely be more comfortable in an actual prison.
The prosecution has a fairly high bar to reach in Trump's hush money case in NY for an impartial jury. It has to prove he willfully directed people to cover up funneling of money that was for engaging in an election crime. An acquittal for Trump would boost him for the national convention in July. With no other criminal trials for him currently on the docket and looking less likely as time passes, he could have the best possible scenario for himself for the November election in the context of criminal trials: one win and no losses.
It's a sad fact of the decline of the mentality of the general public while under the influence of Trump. Trump and the public have engaged one another in this act since he came on the political scene in 2015. It's been a continuous downward spiral, including the GOP willingly giving the keys to its party to Trump, his son, and daughter-in-law. The demise of Trump due to a serious illness or death currently seems like the only event that could break up the spiral. Europe had to recover from the same pathology in the post WWII years and decades. Europe has been constantly on guard to try to stop ongoing brush fires that try to resurrect the fascist mentality. The U.S. didn't seem to be plagued with such a problem until Trump came along, at least not at the same magnitude and national level as what Europe endured. The McCarthyism of the 50's is an example, but his reign lasted only a few years, succumbing to the good will of the public.

A Hush Money Conviction May Cost Trump The Election—Even Though Many Voters Don’t Care: Here’s What Polls Show excerpt: "Jury selection for Trump’s hush money trial—the first of his four criminal cases—started Monday in Manhattan, where he faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Prosecutors allege Trump’s company paid his former attorney Michael Cohen $420,000 as reimbursement for payments Cohen made to adult film star Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence about an affair she claims to have had with Trump. Prosecutors elevated the falsifying business records charges, typically a misdemeanor, to felonies by alleging Trump committed the alleged crimes in the commission of the secondary crime of campaign finance violations, arguing the payments were effectively political donations to Trump that exceeded the legal limit."
PITCH: Legal Analysis of Hush Money Trial facing former President Donald Trump excerpt: "I believe the District Attorney must show (1) that the payments were disguised as attorney fees to commit a fraud on someone, (2) that the underlying payments constituted an independent crime, (3) that Trump knew that the underlying payments constituted a crime, and (4) that the reason he covered up the payments was to disguise that crime. Those are going to be hard things to prove."
PITCH: Legal Analysis of Hush Money Trial facing former President Donald Trump excerpt: "The underlying case is somewhat like the criminal charges brought against former presidential candidate John Edwards, who was charged in 2011 with receiving more than $900,000 in illegal campaign contributions from friends in 2007-08 to make hush money payments to disguise his extramarital relationship and child from becoming public. The Edwards case involved money from third parties, so the election law connection makes some sense. Nevertheless, the jury found Edwards not guilty of violating the campaign finance laws, and the government decided not to further pursue the remaining charges that the jury was unable to decide. Ironically, Jack Smith, the current special prosecutor in the federal classified documents and election interference cases, had directed the Edwards prosecution."
