Kelly O'Brien pleaded guilty in January to one count of entering and remaining in a restricted building. She initially faced five charges, including disorderly and disruptive conduct in a Capitol building, and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building."

Gableman has spent $675,000 of taxpayer money on his 'audit' which has produced nothing.

Vos is giving him more money beyond April to help finance his court battles.

Gableman visited Trump at Mar-a-Lago a few days ago to see the screening of a 'documentary' film about the supposed stolen 2020 election.

 

Trump pressured Vos in summer 2021 to start an audit in WI. Gableman, a retired Wisconsin supreme court judge, was assigned to lead the effort.

Recounts show Trump lost a legitimate election in WI in 2020 by 21,000 votes.

 

Republican city council member arrested and jailed for voter fraud in Indiana

"An Indiana city council member has been arrested and charged with two counts of voting outside precinct and one count each of theft, perjury, and official misconduct, WISH-TV reports.

Brian Young, a Republican on the Pulaski County Council, listed the address on his voter registration back in 2004 as 959 W. County Road 700 North in Winamac, which is located in the district he represents, but he has not changed his address since then.

Police suspected that Young actually lived at a different residence outside of his district with his girlfriend and their daughter, with the residence listed on his voter registration being where his parents live.

Young claimed to the court that he sometimes stays with his girlfriend because she has multiple sclerosis and that he had already cleared the situation with the Republican county chairman, the current Pulaski County clerk, and a previous county clerk. But previous and current county chairmen say they didn't approve him to run for his position.

Police ultimately determined Young does not live at the address on his voter registration and instead lives outside of the district he represents and used that address to vote in multiple primary and general elections outside of the precinct where he resided. He was booked into the Pulaski County Jail on Tuesday and was released after posting bond."

 

The pro-Trump Donald Kirk of Nevada was just as bad or worse. He claimed someone stole his deceased wife's ballot and voted with it. He made it sound like it was proof of Trump's claims of widespread voter fraud (by Democrats).

Kirk was arrested and said he couldn't wait for the trial where he could tell his side of the story.

He pleaded guilty to voter fraud before the trial started.

In the text, which has not been previously reported, Donald Trump Jr. lays out ideas for keeping his father in power by subverting the Electoral College process, according to the message reviewed by CNN. The text is among records obtained by the House select committee investigating January 6, 2021.

“It’s very simple,” Trump Jr. texted to Meadows on November 5, adding laterin the same missive: “We have multiple paths We control them all.”

In a statement to CNN, Trump Jr.’s lawyer Alan S. Futerfas said, “After the election, Don received numerous messages from supporters and others. Given the date, this message likely originated from someone else and was forwarded.”

The November 5 text message outlines a strategy that is nearly identical to what allies of the former President attempted to carry out in the months that followed. Trump Jr. makes specific reference to filing lawsuits and advocating recounts to prevent certain swing states from certifying their results, as well as having a handful of Republican state houses put forward slates of fake “Trump electors.”

If all that failed, according to the Trump Jr. text, GOP lawmakers in Congress could simply vote to reinstall Trump as President on January 6.

Republicans who fast-tracked the bills don't have the votes to override his vetoes. The bills are part of a nationwide Republican effort to reshape elections following President Joe Biden's victory over Donald Trump.

The bills were quickly passed earlier this year amid Trump's insistence that the 2020 election was stolen from him and that there was widespread fraud, despite no evidence to back up his claims. "In the 2018 cycle, about 2 percent of spending was at Mar-a-Lago, with far more spending at places such as the Trump hotel in D.C., where incumbent Republicans could hold quick fundraisers. In the 2020 cycle, about 13 percent of non-Trump and non-RNC spending was at Mar-a-Lago. Since the 2020 election, though, more than $4 out of every $10 spent at Trump properties is spent at Mar-a-Lago — to the tune of $190,000.

And why not? If you want Trump’s endorsement, you go to his house. And then you rent out his house for your fundraiser. And maybe Trump shows up and pumps his fist and talks about voter fraud and everyone’s happy. It happens over and over again.

There were a lot of reasons for Trump to move to Florida after serving as president, from legal pressure he faced in New York to simply following a well-established pattern for New York retirees. But, intentionally or not, it’s been a boon in another way, too. Still the GOP kingmaker, he was able to establish a system where people not only visited to seek out his endorsement but could put money in his pocket while doing so."
