So you can't have formal representation from Republicans unless said Republicans are Trump minions. In effect they're saying, "This is Trump's party, it belongs to him, and so do we."

When Trump was elected president, he appointed Gorsuch to the bench. That Supreme Court Seat was empty, because Mitch McConnell had refused to even hold a hearing for any Obama appointee, for over a year. With Trump's appointees, he rushed them through in a few weeks. Today Elizabeth Warren is asking for an expansion of the court to push back on Trump/McConnell trickery which has turned our highest court into some sort of political game. If you read this, support Elizabeth Warren, so we can remedy Trump's abuse of power.

 

I say let’s get rid of the SCOTUS. There is nothing Supreme about it.

I think increasing the size of the court is a slippery slope.
