"Murray supported Trump and says Trump can bring back coal jobs if he takes several steps: end the emissions regulations, withdraw from the U.N. climate change agreement — which Murray says "basically is an attempt by developing countries to get American money" — and end subsidies for windmills, solar panels and other forms of renewable energy.

Bob Murray is president and CEO of Murray Energy, in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Though he is a strenuous advocate for measures to bolster the coal industry, he says he cautioned Donald Trump to "temper his statements about bringing the miners back to work."

Murray took the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to court to block clean air regulations and won a stay. He says that Trump should name a Supreme Court justice who will block presidential excesses and should fire Justice Department lawyers whom he describes as criminals. And that's not all.

"He needs to eliminate one-half of the employees in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He needs to cut the staff drastically in the Department of Interior. He needs to eliminate the Department of Energy altogether," Murray says."

 

Isn't it about time we fired everyone in government agencies and let the "very,very" smart genius make all the decisions? I mean--what could go wrong?

 

Yeah. I drive on the roads the government sees to get done. The firemen that will help if my house catches fire, the police that will help if I get robbed. They collect my garbage. They keep water flowing to my faucets, they see that my bathroom leavings get taken away. That my vote gets counted. Several others I suppose.

 

Still no healthcare plan from Trump. After a year in office, the best he could do was to try to vandalize the ACA.

Except we did not. If we are talking 51% of more the American population supporting Trump it's not even close. It was 1 in 4 last year and I gurentee lower now. You squeeze by on the electoral collage the same way Bush did. And just like Bush you spend all your time mad that free speech and society in general does not go along.

Your values are not American values. Sure you won but just keep in mind that most people do not like you. And be realistic about how far that "win" goes. Long term it does not look good for you.

 

It'll never happen. You've got nowhere to go. You either have to get used to people you see as different than you are you are going to make yourself miserable.
