So, that's basically a criticism of him not being able to end homelessness in 3 years

The article is so inundated with weasel wording it took me a while to figure out how you came to that conclusion. This part was interesting:

While it seems reasonable, it has a serious flaw in thinking that homeless folks and inmates are going to be a driver for societal infection. Most of society is already avoiding both groups and have been for centuries. Cities may seem to make contact more likely, but that's just not the case. San Francisco attempted to solve the problem by simply allowing the homeless to setup and shit wherever they want. That way everybody gets to experience their plight with them, no matter how hard they have worked to avoid them.

All that has done is created new ways to avoid them. Even Apps to track their piles of shit. And not because people want to be closer to the shit.

 

I'm certainly not a clairvoyant, but who couldn't see shit like this coming?? He can't hold his campaign rallies, so he's making it look like he's the one and only person giving out money to people in desperate need because of this virus. George W. Bush tried a similar stunt when, at the time, rebate checks were being sent out in his first term - but the Treasury Commissioner at that time refused to put Bush's name on the checks because the Treasury had always been non-partisan. The Commissioner didn't want to have the treasury become politicized and weaponized. This is all recorded historical FACT.

This Treasury Commissioner doesn't have the spine / balls to refuse Trump's wishes.

As for the timeline-oriented statements (posted previously in the last page here) made by this farce of a president, they're all on video/audio tape for all to see and hear. Dates, times, places, statements. But some LEMMINGS refuse to believe the factual evidence. These people are either stupid beyond human words - or they're trolls.

If you're that damn gullible - I have some only slightly damp real estate to sell you. And the sky isn't really blue when you look at it …………………. that's just a liberal plot to make you think it isn't really green - which it is.

This is the mentality that follows Trump like the LEMMINGS they are.

Trump would need to repurpose the current U.S. contribution to WHO funding or try to use a rescission which involves approval of Congress. He did a rescission of the U.S. money to the U.N. in 2017.

'Not the time': Trump faces global criticism over move to end WHO funding

Trump apparently hasn't learned his lesson about withholding money. He tried to withhold congressionally appropriated money to Ukraine for personal gain and he caused his impeachment.

 

Egger ^^^^^^^ Trump is good at withholding money. He didn't pay some of the contractors who built his hotels and casinos, and he hired many immigrants - some illegal ones too - to work in his businesses. How do you think he got rich - by playing and paying fair???

We can all see what a shit-stain he really is. He paints his own ugly portrait.

 

Hephatrump is getting very forgetful in his dotage, as recently as January this year he was reported as praising the Chinese for their swift efforts to clamp down on the virus. His latest outburst proves beyond doubt what a liar and hypocrite he is.

The WHO generally takes care not to criticise countries on their national policies, and it was not immediately clear what specific criticism the president was alluding to.

Mr Trump himself showed deference to China at the beginning stages of the outbreak.

"China has been working very hard to contain the Coronavirus," he tweeted on January 24.

"The United States greatly appreciates their efforts and transparency. It will all work out well. In particular, on behalf of the American People, I want to thank President Xi!"

 

Bad news regarding the stimulus checks. They have trump's signature, which makes them null and void.
