the campground we had booked at sent us an e-mail last night to let us know that the park is closed due to flooding and we would have to go somewhere else, so we have to drive a little further south now to find one that isn't floating haha.

 

I was mentioning that I was late today. I think the pill might be reducing my period.
My husband says 'You're pregnant.' and I laugh because that's impossible.
I said if that happened then it was immaculate rape. At least God woke Mary up. And if I was pregs, I'd have the first ever immaculate abortion. And now I'm hung up on the amusing concept of immaculate abortion.

 

i can tell today is gonna be an interesting strange day .. i think i like it tho

 

I have to do some reading and then write a couple of pages about it this morning before I can get stoned and start my long weekend. Really not feeling like being productive today.

middle 60's today, low 70's tomorrow, 80+ the rest of the forecast. supposed to get a little rain this afternoon.
got up at 5:30, started coffee, got hubby up
6:00 woke up the boy, kicked dryer back on
6:30 boy finally crawls out of bed. breakfast. why arent the clothes dry? check vent outside- blocked. clear it so cllothes will dry.
7:00 get boy off to the bus, and hubby off to work
7:30 grab gardening bucket and fill bag with poisoned plants, threw away
moved some bricks to mark where my fence will go
moved some blocks to make a small flowerbed
9:30 sifted through some of that dirt for puncturevine seeds (i hate them, but they
havent been growing, they are very old seeds)
10:00 trimmed back honeysuckle bush
trimmed back evergreen bush overhanging the sidewalk

10:30 i brought my tired butt back inside. thats quite enough for today. i can do another 3 hours tomorrow and the yard will start to look like its "on purpose" if i can get the half-dead pine trees dug up that will make a huge difference. trim out some of the dead branches from the bushes that are out there. move more gravel (ugh) work work work. it will be awesome though. good to make progress.

i think hubby and i might actually get married for our 10th anniversary. seems appropriate. the person i want to officiate is not getting any younger, and i really dont want to lose her before having the opportunity to have her tie the knot for us.

Well the town name means "middle forest" and we are known for our great violin and related instruments.

Though it does get extremely cold here and every good Deutsch village has custom arts and crafts.. So yes, you'll find mittens a plenty.
