It's better to fake your urine tests or quit smoking than to have to deal with seizures and organ failure. (And probably various cancers too if you're smoking a napthelene derivative)

synth noids should be taken seriously as there are many dangerous ones on the market.

the only one I know of that is a napthelene derivative is NNE-1 which is a novel compound at best.
The other thing to look out for or be aware of is even numbered fluoropentyl chains as studies from Berkley U have shown the potential for fluoride toxicity in the brain and organs, specifically the hypothalamus has shown vulnerability to fluorotoxicity of fluoropentyl-indoles.

according to some studies odd numbered fluorophentyl chains do not form toxic fluoride in the body.

Abuse of any drug can lead to organ failure, so to put that blanket statement exclusively toward synthetic noids is rather myopic, IMHO, synth noids are extremely potent per milligram when compared to other naturally occurring noids and should be handled with the utmost reverence, respect and understanding their potency as most if not all the hospital cases I have read were due acute overdose.

that being said, I don't consider MJ a drug, and consider it's drug classification as one of the major downfalls of Western medicine, it is an herbal supplement for good health at best, cures cancer, promotes good immune response in the gut along with benefiting the nervous system.
it's synthetic counterparts are equally as beneficial in treating Alzheimer's, depression, eating disorders and a myriad of other brain and nervous system dysfunctions.

I love the MJ, (not so much the newer strands, but the older ones with high levels of CBD) but using the GNC detoxing mixes for urine test sends my body into a huge physical and mental depression due to cannabinoid deficiency as the detox not only get's rid of THC and it's metabolites but also all the other naturally occurring cannabinoids found in foods that are beneficial to the body.

statistically I am going to have to agree with that statement, a typcial MJ strain has over 60 known cannabinoids in it.

kinda of hard for 1 single cannabinoid to compete with that,

that being said tho, synthetic cannabinoids do have one advantage over plant produced ones and that is their ability to be stored for long periods of time without degrading,

and pound for pound it is a lot easier to store 1 kilo of a synthetic noid which would be equavilant to tons of marijuana.

 

natural legal cannabinoids are found in everything from Echinacea to flax seeds, to cashews, kava, Strawflower, liverworts, and some teas have the affinity for CB receptors as well.
and there are aslo Endocannabinoids to consider of which Chocolate has two known ones and Black truffles contain anandamide.

best synthetic cannabinoid was jwh-018, now illegal of course. jwh-073 was just like a worse version of jwh-018. tried AM-2201 which felt like a dirtier version of the jwh chems. those are the only ones i've tried, so i'm not sure what the most popular ones are now.

 

oh yeah, i did get to try 5F-UR-144 kindof by accident ... that one was better than AM-2201 i think but not as good as JWH.
