Some of the Beatles stuff were lame and duds.

But they managed to put out quite a few that are timeless.

Guys, face it... the Beatles suck. If they were so good then why did they break up? I'll tell you why, it's because they finally realized that they sucked and no one wanted to buy their records anymore.

Anyway, their best song is 'Hound Dog', and if not that, then 'I'm Gay' or 'Stairway to Hell'. I like 'The Milkshake Song'... also 'What's New Pussycat?'. Or maybe that song about the car with nipples for headlights... cool!

 

LoL. Their hits came at the right time when there still wasn't too much competition in the music scene.

With the advent of Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and a host of other bands, even the Beatles themselves began to realize they couldn't keep up with the competition, and were frankly just sick of themselves, they were better off going their separate ways.
