Try dropping the typical stoner diet of junk foods and sugar. Eat more nutrient-rich foods, drink water and tea instead of coffee and soft drinks. Not just while stoned, but in general. Excersie is good too. I've been doing this lately, and though I miss stuffing candy and cookies and potato chips down my gullet, I have alot more energy all the time, and don't really get as tired when the weed starts to wear off. Plus, I feel alot better in general.
id say get outside...when i get stoned at home i jus lay in bed and then go 2 sleep. i also like 2 write when im stoned..makes me feel like im doin somethin. i also drink some caffiene to give me a boost..cuz sometiimes weed really slows me down for the day! when i start to feel kinda slow/tired all the time, i mite take a break for 1-2 days. haha.
