The 2c-x Thread (2c-e, 2c-i, 2c-c, 2c-p): Guide and Important Information

i would consider myself sensitive to 2ce at least. my first dose was 12 mg and i can't imagine that i'd be able to notice much less than 10 mg. my "sweet spot" is about 18 mg or so.
you're probably just starting to actually trip from 10 mg. you should try 15

 

I agree with Porkstock about the dosage. I believe 2C-E to be a chemical to increase dosages slowly. It wouldn't be wise to double your dose if it didn't get you there the first time. 2C-E affects people so wildly for example for one person a 5mg increase could feel dramatically more intense while for another a 5mg increase is barely noticeable.

My first dose was 25mg's and it was delightful. The lowest dose I took was 12mg's and while it was less intense it was still a complete and wonderful trip. My largest dose was ~45mgs and it was pretty intense but not too much so. The highest dose I would feel comfortable with taking is 60mg's. Let it be known that I have yet to attempt that dosage so it could turn out to be too much for me but I won't know until I try.

 

Did a little evening-dose tonight of about 7mg. Definitely not a real "trip," but then those terms are subjective.
Put me into a trippy headspace for a while and I enjoyed some poetry, that's about all I can say.
But now I can say experience #4 with 2c-e is in the can, even if it wasn't a big one.

Folks who have experience combining LSD with phenethylamines:
What's the best timing-schedule for dropping 'cid with 2c-e? Take them at the same time, drop the 2c-e after the acid peak? Thinking about trying this combo for my next trip.
Any input is welcome

Most I ever had at once was 80mg, fell asleep when I found out I had stuff to do.

 

if i were to combine 2ce with LSD, i'd probably drop them at the same time. (or realistically, i'd eat my LSD as normal - let it sit under my tongue for awhile, then swallow. THEN i would drink the 2ce in some juice minutes after.) that's what i did when i combined LSD with 2cb

 

wow. I've never taken or encountered any of the 2Cs yet. Just recently heard about them. I read that you can experience a euphoric effect from 2ce. Thats definitely the effect I'm going for, which is why i like mushrooms much more than acid. In this case, would 2ce be the one for me? Also, is 2ce legal in the United States at the moment?

 

I have found (4 trials only--low doses) that 2c-e is less euphoric than acid. (Or rather 2c-e+weed is less euphoric than acid+weed).

I tried 2ce at a festival one time. It was in a jello shot and I have no idea of what the dosage was. It was by far the most intense trip I have ever experienced. Overwhelming at times. Everything was in motion....I could see the wind blowing, the ground I was walking on seemed like a giant waterbed and at times produced waves that stood over my head. I couldn't even string words together to form simple sentences. I ended up hunkering down in my tent for several hours. Was still seeing tracers 12 hours later.

Has it been this intense for anyone else?

 

Somebody w/ personal experience will have to take that, I've never done more than 10mg.

The reputation from PiHKaL is that 2c-e is a "difficult" substance. Personal experiences from this site seem to vary

 

2ce came on pretty euphoric at my highest dose of 52 mgs. But I was also in a historic park, surrounded by various museums on a beautiful sunny day, so I think setting may have had more to do with it. About half my 2ce trips have been ecstatic and euphoric and about half have been more sombre or "difficult" as Raga mentioned.

 

i find that 2ce in the 15-20 mg range is pretty "euphoric"
i get body sensations and rushes, other tactile effects that make me think of "rolling" even though i've never rolled.

washing my face or sticking my hand under warm water has felt SO good on 2ce.

 

I did take a shower once when on the come-down of 2c-e. It was awesome, I agree.

12 mg experiment on 2c-e tonight but I had a heavy 'cid trip four days ago so I may have some tolerance right now. I'm 90 minutes in atm, I'll let you all know how it goes.

This is one of those nights when I'm getting the experience I need not the one I want. Thinkin about my recent breakup and my ex-gf a lot.
Obviously it is not too overwhelming though, as I am able to type.
(Sometimes when I'm tripping words on the computer screen look like they are backwards, I have had this with weed and acid as well...)
Noticeable body-load at this dose. Heavy energy in my solar plexus and down into my groin. Breathing feels odd.
Definitely feeling at this dose, 2c-e is a very "honest" chemical for me...a lot of raw thoughts I would normally bury are surfacing right now.
The body load is actually nice right now, I feel as though sex on this drug would be exceptional.
3h15min another joint of weed has turned the trip much more mindless, but visual. I was witnessing rainbows appearing in black and white images just now. Also spent quite a while staring into a "Magic Eye" image. Didn't solve it but exploring the image was quite trippy.

One thing I have done while tripping tonight is to begin a journal cataloguing my drug experiences. I have had few enough so far that remembering them all is still possible. Sixth 2c-e experiment happened yesterday. 16.5mg orally, with cannabis smoked throughout.
SENSORY: Music and art, as always, became much more vibrant and meaningful. Visuals were very apparent in blank fields or lightly-patterned areas (such as window-blinds or the plaster on the ceiling). Main visuals seemed to be rainbows or pastel-colored, streams or patterned blobs. Closed-eye visuals were sometimes apparent in the form of "blobs". Body high very noticeable. I certainly encountered the "Phenethylamine" character of 2c-e: there was an erotic body-load centered in my lower abdomen and groin (still think this would be a great sex drug), and I did enjoy dancing (which I've never done while tripping before).
PSYCHOLOGICAL: Emotionally, this trip was a mixed bag. Moments of overwhelming euphoria alternated with difficult phases. I always have a slight guilt-trip underlying drug experiences. The part f my programming that was taught to "just say no" kicks in and makes me feel guilty for indulging. When I stayed present-moment focused, the trip was beautiful. When I allowed myself to think of my life, my past and future, or the wider world, it became challenging. Thoughts of my ex-girlfriend occasionally intruded, sometimes with a negative bent, sometimes with a positive or forgiving tone. In terms of intellectual thoughts, the "trippy" or "patterns and connections" mode of thought was present in full force. Particularly, it seemed impossible for me to separate my thoughts on life, relationships, art and politics: the same principles seemed to be underlying all four things.
DURATION: 7 or 8 hours total.

2ce came through my town last year came in gel caps measured out into 10 mg doses and a buddy of mine talked me into snorting one although most research i had done on the chem told me this was probably a bad idea anyways i manned up and did it anyways. immediately after stiffing the tiny bump i sat up in excruciating pain eyes watering worst thing ive ever done to my nose but before i could even cope with the pain i began tripping and about 30sec after that i began puking my fucking brains out i ended up on my front lawn head between my knees puke/dry heaving for about 30-45 min all the while tripping my fucking brains out all i kept saying too my friend was "i wish i didn't feel so shitty or id be enjoying this" overall the experience was pretty overwhelming after i finished with my marathon puke fest i went back inside and started actually enjoying the crazy geometric kaleidoscope visuals b4 my buddy needed to give my other friend a ride home i decided it would be a fun change of setting so quickly called shotgun after the first turn we made i was incredibly happy i was not driving every time it came to a turn it felt and looked like we went within inches of crashing after one block i sacred the shit out of everyone in the car by whipping around and buckling myself up as fast as humanly possible i think they thought i was about to puke or something it was like being on a roller coaster with tunnel vision it was scary but fun at the same time it was a pretty exhilarating experience after the ride my buddy brought me home and left me there and then the thinky time kicked in it was a really deep thoughtful remainder of the trip everything was still awesome to look at but i spent a lot of time thinking about my self and my life it was pretty deep and resulted in make some positive life choices over all the experience was kinda overwhelming but my thought process remained clear enough to calm myself down and stay in control and not freak out its pretty crazy how you can have all these insane visuals and yet your thought process remains pretty normal at least until you start thinking about your life and where your going in it but that didn't really start happening to me until i started coming down i do have a few other experiences with this chem and others but i feel like i wrote a ton already my main take on it is though don't snort it it hurts like hell and its fast onset can overwhelm people new to this kind of thing
