I'm drinking some coffee now too

A friend of mine opened a coffee shop recently, last weekend we had a girls' weekend and she supplied the coffee, I am really missing it right now. My normal coffee is good but doesnt compare.

I quit putting sugar or any sweetener in my coffee too. I actually prefer the non-dairy "creamer" because (to my strange taste buds) it makes the coffee smoother. Have no idea why.

Then if I want something sweet, I EAT it...I thought me quitting putting any sugar in my coffee would make at least a wee bit of difference in my waistline/weight/something - NOPE...wrong again.

Coffee... Fresh ground. Black, no spoon.

I use the amount that's used for 8 cups to make two cups. O.O

    Where I live it is.

They call it "Rescuing From Death Row".

Animals are only held 4 days at the pound here. Then they're gassed.

I kind of see what he means. There are people who get very pretentious about it when all they did was pass an interview and have the shelter call their land lord to make sure pets are och. But I've worked in a shelter and even in the no kill ones it's very stressful to the animals. So I still say "rescue" from a bad situation. It's not a nice place for them. If they are there long enough they can have a mental breakdown. Similar to PTSD but not the same as a war zone but still all the stress changes them. Then it's hard to adopt them.

Irmi, I've read multiple places that a dose with mushrooms will help someone not have migraines for a while. Have you ever heard that...or thought about doing that?
