after 6 years of having a rec and going to many dispensaries one main thing I have learned is that strain names don't mean shit 90% of the time.
people will slap whatever name is hot at the time on whatever, have gotten the same buds at one place as labeled sativa and another place labeled as indica.
learn the morphological differences so you know what you are actually getting.

damn I miss the old landrace strains from the 70's and 80's.

Cue tip definitely feels different and more soft on contact which I think has it's benefits but I'm not sure if it's just because I want it to feel different and better. Because it is softer it's easier to shape at least.

To me beer is the most likely alcohol to get me drunk the most and quickest and my theory is that the chemicals dehydrate me more than spirits. I think this because after a few beers, I get very dry mouth, and a distinct beer headache which I do not get on spirits. Obviously not as many chemicals in cola and maybe the ice helps too. :)

I haven't had beer at home in a while now I have Woodstock which I know is way less healthier and much more expensive but I have love/hate relationship with beer.

At the pub I am happy to start with a few beers, like I prefer to start a long night on beer but I just always get that distinct beer dehydration feeling. Sometimes I feel like lower carb beers make this feeling worse too.

Though these days it isn't uncommon for me to drink also a glass of ice water between drinks which I learn from pool so I'm not always stumbling and I have bought this into my every day drinking routine.

But if I had to go out with Mally on an all day bender at musical pubs I'd need earplugs and I'd have to have like rum and cola then finish with fancy fruit cocktails just to not get that headache.

Mally is a bitter drinker as am I, and I think because it has no fizz as such, it makes a difference irmi... I just couldn't drink lager as the fizz is bad. Did any of you know fizz is bad on your liver? Yup, tis true.
I too like lots of water, but you got to have a white rum and diet coke in there too..or two..lol

I've washed the son's clothes and am working on the 2nd load for myself. lol I'm not going to have any room to hang them out after this load. Shoot, I'll probably have to start improvising when I go to hang out the load that is washing now.

I am also AFRAID to go hang out clothes on the line because it is in the midst of what I consider prime snake territory....wilderness practically surrounds it. :yikes: But I'll go down there with the laundry basket in one hand and my hoe/snake killer in the other. PLUS I have on my (hot as hell in summer) boots...if I spy a snake when I have clothes in my hand, I'll either throw the piece at it, or I'll man up and knock the hell out of it with my hoe. I might even do both.

dabnabbit this summer weather for snakes sucks butt

I have a coworker who just started charging her son $5 per load of clothes he does. He just turned 18 and is being a little shit about being all grown up and being treated like an adult, lol. He quit his McDonald's job and says he's moving in with his grandmother now, so she took 'his' car (it's in her name; she paid for it after all) and told him he'll have to walk to his grandmother's house. :D

No, but I'd like to get back into mountain bike racing in the next few years. I still ride a lot. I do bicycle courier service with a trailer that all and all weighs up to 100 pounds sometimes. And now that I live in Nevada on the California border there are all sorts of mountains and sick trails in every direction. I have mostly been doing climbs on the road bike.

lol...in exchange for me doing his laundry, he keeps me in high speed internet. It really was my idea to barter this out...years ago when he had a bank account and I didn't (but I do have my name on 2 accounts now) he had internet here before he moved out to his own home. So, when he moved out I practically begged him to let the internet stay here and I'd do his laundry. It was dial-up for years, and now has been high-speed (like about everybody else in the world lol) for a couple of years. :)

So that's the story of how I have (high speed) internet.
