Not according to the law. You still have to support the child, if one results. But, IF you were right, then men would have absolutely NO rights to of opinions to a womyn's pregnancy anyway....

I’m sorry, I didn’t read every post in this thread before I made this comment. I got about half way and was getting so depressed I had to stop. I have to ask; “Where is the LOVE?” Every one is talking like men and women hate each other and don’t care what happens to the other person. Maybe I’m naïve, but I like to think that people that have sex should at least like, if not love, each other. In that case, YES, the man should have a voice in the matter! His voice in the matter should no more be taken away from him than the women’s voice in the matter should be taken away from her!

What if the man purpously pulls out too late or doesn't signal he's close and he doesn't bother to ask if the timing is right to not get pregnant when the woman doesn't want to get pregnant? Usually it is ALWAYS checked out with the woman, since he "loves" her so much and knows she does not want anymore children.

Then I would say that any man that would force a pregnancy on a women like this, does not love the woman or even for that matter, like the woman and thus has forfeited any say so in the matter.

    Always. It's his child, too.
