    I think all your stress might be made a lot worse by your depression.

    It might be Seasonal Affective Disorder too.

    Finish up school, and then take some time to do something nice for yourself.

    Do you know what your bachaches from? Perhaps overuse, bad sleeping? Past injury?

    You know, in the true confessions forum a while ago I saw a breif thing a prostitue in New Zealand posted. It was intresting to see the fact that half of people made some harsh STD 'jokes'

    Reading it might spur your intrest. That or I'd make love to you for $11 Kill two birds.

    Sit down with your mom and ask her to let you know things she'd like you to do before you leave.

    Maybe you should spend some more time with your friend. You can't really change her mind, but you can at least be there for her.

    I don't know how to counsole you about the condom thing. Perhaps it could just be a mistake. Or maybe he dropped them and the dog got them.

    Or he could be smuggling coke. Or he could be considering becoming special forces, their are emergency medical uses for condoms, to be put around the muzzle of rifles, and as an emergency means to carry water.

    One of the major neurological reasons for depression during PMS and PMDD is hormonal imbalences during this time. (clearly)

    the fact that the brain has less of an inhibitory chemical called GABA during this time is a major cause of the depression, lack of energy, and irratibility. One promienent effect of alcohol, is that it prevents the reuptake of GABA so it stays in the brain longer. Beer is also a very effective diuretic, so it can help a lot with bloating too.

    Natures cure is delicious Canadian beer. :D

    Do you know why your dogs started barking in the first place?

    I don't know what to tell you about the kids. What's going on with them?

    There are three levels of human responce to sexuality. Desire, arousal, and orgasm. It's important to look at this, because desire is a pshychological responce, while arousal and orgasm are physical responces.

    It sounds like your saying you desire is the problem. Everyone goes through phases were desire decreases, but if it's persistent, it's obviously problematic?

    Are you on any medications? Several medications can alter libido, inclduing especially birth control and antidepressants.

    Do you lead an active lifestyle? remaining sedentary has a major impact on sexual desire. The increased blood flow, along with psychological effects of exercise can boost sexual responce.

    Any other major distractions in you life could also be translating into your sexual desire, and should be looked at. Problems at work, or family problems could be a part of this. Insomnia or poor diet can also have a major affect on sexual responce.

    Also as you age, some hormones responsible for arousal may decline, including estrogen and testosterone. If the problem continues, you may want to consider seeeing a doctor and aving your hormone levels checked. If this is the problem, it should be treated medically.

    Depression is also a major cause of lack of sex drive. If you feel depressed it will translate into your sex life as a lack of sexual desire. If this is the culprit, I strongly suggest visiting a doctor.

    only med is th epill, but uber stress in my life as of late and i have seasonal affective disorder, so i usually get all depressed in wintertime. not too bad so far, actually, but my room gets good light in the morning and i think that helps a lot. more sedentary than i ought to be yeah, but i feel like i never ahve the time to work out.

    although im writing a paper on prostitution now, kind of almost makes me wanna get in the mood.... ahahah

    just getting up and stretching will help tons. especially opening up your shoulder girdle, stretching the pecs, getting the scapular to move, etc...
