The danger of smoking at 14 is you're more susptable to falling into more seriouse drugs. Medically it's not good for you because you're still developing, but not going to mess you up or anything. However, if you're smoking at 14 you're more likely to be snooting or shooting at 17 or 18.

I started smoking at 17 and by the time I was ready to 'move on' I knew how nasty that other shit really was.
