actually i'd like to put forth a formal request to several members here... some people just don't need to slow their brains anymore.
how in hell is pot worse for the body than coffee?!?!? w/e. every morning I wake up and debate whether I want coffee or a yerba mate tea. I love the taste and initial effects of coffee, but the crash a couple hours later is miserable and lifeless. If I feel like that's worth it, I'll grind up tully's beans and savor it with a bit of cream, no sugar. but if I don't feel like goin through that I'm all over the yerba mate for an energy rush associated with vitamins and minerals, and some caffeine and other natural stims. no crash and tru energy for hours. somewhat hard to get and many westerners can't handle the grassy smoky flavor
ha, haven't been by there in many months. i bet there would be some very entertaining threads if they all quit smoking though.
don't confuse common sense and common misconceptions. people don't get ulcers from weed, or overexhaustion of organs such as liver, pancreas and adrenal glands. the key distinction is moderation. you can smoke weed all day and get tired and stupid, sure. but you aren't introducing a toxic environmnt into your body like overuse of coffee I realize this isn't the thread or forum to make these points. besides I'm sur most have already heard and ignored them. I'm just surprised to see that people still think coffee is as benign as cannabis edit: also the stoner's lounge here on HF is hardly a valid representation of stonerdom in general. the kid druggie go there, the adult druggies go to the psychedelics forum
yeah yeah. still not good for the body or brain, sweetheart. deal with it. no one asked you to give up your addiction, leave mine alone.
I have no problem with coffee addiction, I have a small one myself. I also concede that cannabis can be addicting. my point is that a coffee addiction is worse than a pot addiction, in terms of physical health, not the observed traits of the person
