We are thinking of bringing our clothes line down, like fold it down because we never use the whole thing. So bringing it down will leave us half whichnis what we need and then we could put a sizable garden shed big enough to fit all my garden junk like the lawnmower and wheelbarrow etc. thus leaving me with my woman den for more space to put my old lounge seater. :)

I got the new Metallica cd really cheap with my store voucher and so I get it home and gotta rip it to HD convert to MP3 and iTunes. And like all my iTunes library, gone. =0 well I know it takes HOURS AND HOURS to upload all my stuff because 2/3 aren't converted to MP3. And I want to listen to Metallica. So, I begrudgingly buy the Metallica cd on iTunes with the saving I made at the store.. >.>

    :D

yeah i can get that, i saw enough of those time lapse videos of how they change the arena that it is nothing new to me but it is still pretty cool when you are there at the moment thinking (damn this will be a basketball court tomorrow)

saw roger waters there and on nye i saw sleater kinney open for the flaming lips and they opened up for wilco....i left 2 songs into wilco because they suck and my girlfriend got off work and called to say she was at my house waiting for me.

I made the most awesome, calorie laden "cake" (no cooking involved) in the world. omg it is so good, I brought the computer in here. Its too hard to get in and out of the seat in there.

Monday (21st) is my son's 33rd birthday but we "celebrate" tomorrow when he comes for Sunday lunch and he likes Dirt Cake...which is:

a layered concoction made with crumbled up Oreos with filling being cream cheese, butter, cool whip, milk and pudding mix. I estimate it having 200+ calories per bite. I've had to personally test it.

Prior to tonight, I had lost about 5 pounds. Now I've just gained it and 1 more back. :p

I'll pick him out a card and give him some money, plus he has the Dirt Cake for tomorrow lunch. I'm having his favorite...Spaghetti with French Toast.

I really lucked out with that boy. By God's grace, he's a fine fine young man.

The French Toast is cut off a loaf I got specifically to BiLo to get. You might be surprised how many grocery stores do not have a bakery with bread sections in a loaf. :-( Anyway, it has to be buttered just so and browned just so...in the toaster...

The spaghetti is cooked in a big ole boiler and the spaghetti sauce (this time) will be heating up, simmering. I will have browned some ground beef and added it to the meat sauce because it makes it even better. :chef: a few more spices might be needed.

The boy and I like to cut up sharp cheese and eat it along with our spaghetti...and the toast, that I sit beside my plate. on a paper towel :D

Mama likes to have cheese grated up over her's.

A salad could be had if wanted...but NOBODY wants one. :)

edit: I have no idea where the son puts his bread when he eats...but he usually eats about 3 pieces, so it goes in him pretty quickly. :D____________________________________________

I am very very proud of my son, Glen! :)

He is absolutely his own man...has his own place, with a good job....etc etc. but I know he loves me. He is mentally and physically healthy, and is the best son anybody could ever ask for.

    That boy is my heart.

No I would not be at all. In my experience the south does not take their baked goods nearly as serious as they do in the northeast.

I went to a Virginia stand alone bakery. All this place does is bake cakes and bread. I asked for a dozen hard rolls and they said they don't make them.
But they bragged about their Hawaiian rolls. Sure they tasted ok but how are you supposed to make a sandwich with bread that small? One slice of ham and it is overflowing.
