I imagine there was a lot of that back in the early days of controlling electricity.

We go to this hard little soccer ball with some random holes in it. When the ball rolls must have like something in that pushes or reduces air or something and makes all the "zveeep, zwoop" noises. Like a babies toy lol.

Anyway the ball is hard and much bigger than a tennis ball so the dog can't chew it. So he's decided within 7 seconds that this new toy isn't worth his time and he's thrown it in the corner never to be seen again. :D

Looks like today is going to be the "last warm day" for awhile... or so they say. Gotta get the wiring sorted in the HHR.

Wire repair stage one is complete... Traction control and wipers seem to be working normally. Someanabitch to get at that harness.... ABS light is still on. So is the check engine...

Also found a chewed ground wire that is part of the headlight circuit... Need to change bulbs on the drivers side now and maybe have fully functional headlights for the first time in 3+ years.

came home and the male shep....max was loose and bounding around....thank Christ he is super obedient for me....he broke a brass quik clip....so now he is tied up on captains wire and the two of them are wrestling.....my dog will play with either but as soon as all 3 are loose their is a fight between captain and max over the female....the shepard is more vicious but captain is twice as strong....he just gets on his back and juggles the shep on his paws lol

ABS and Check Engine went out on their own... Took a couple of restarts. See if that sticks... Not finding any more chewed wires.

I washed the HHR for the first time since 2012... Probably November 2012.

coukld have just been dirt in the sensor rings...abs and traction control both use the same sensors.....chevy are bad for intermittent codes on models with rings mounted between the bearings..the grease picks up slight metallic fragments and screws with signals (have no idea what hhr uses though..no one here ever buys those lol)

my work is done today...i did all the work but im skipping the exhaust repairs and sending him to another honest guy with a hoist that will do a better job than i can and not charge much

I'm very interested to see how I'll do at pool if it's on today. Been working on my straight stun shots. Basically stopping the cue ball on the spot after contact. This can only be done on a dead straight shot. What you're actually conditioning yourself to is to cue very straight. If you aren't cueing straight then that cue ball will just roll off to other sides or straight forward. Over a longer distance I'm about 50/50 at the moment. My pockets are smaller than venue tables so I'm not concerned. When I rattle the jaws on my table it means when I get a venue those balls will drop. I'm just feeling a lot more natural in my cue because of this so it's been the best training I've undertaken. :)

I am however, hung over. Ugh. Like not hungover hungover but just a bit seedy like I know I've had not much sleep and my body is very tired so it's just very happy with me at all. Right now I'm keen. But it's not even midnight and I've a long time before Thursday social Comp. I am not certain I will feel like going in 8hrs or so.

I don't mind the morning socials because lots people are at work so it's quiet and you'll always have a table to play on. :)

But this started right when I noticed those chewed wires... Wipers too, the same morning. There were several wires cut/chewed. It just took the ABS longer to reset after the repair... T/C reset immediately, and the wipers came on as soon as I turned the key.

Not sure why the Check engine light cleared at the same time. Whatever...

I cleaned the windshield... For the first time since 2012....

Watching the news and all the tickers and maps and logos and subtitles.
I find it interesting which words they decide to use capital letters for.
I was just thinking how stupid some "rules" of sentence structure are.
Main one is what letters are capitalized.
It seems pretty random when I actually pay attention to it.
