It says that the river IS inhabited, not USUALLY inhabited. inhabit verb 1. inhabit or live in; be an inhabitant of; "People lived in Africa millions of years ago"; "The people inhabited the islands that are now deserted"; "this kind of fish dwells near the bottom of the ocean"; "deer are populating the woods" [syn: populate] 2. be present in; "sweet memories inhabit this house" 3. exist or be situated within; "Strange notions inhabited her mind" [syn: dwell] To be situated within... What's wrong with my boat idea? Crocks can't bother you in a wind boat. Clever, but flawed
