oh and im sure if u got stuck and had to work and live that these children do.. welll you would all have a different opinion.. but since we are VERY fortunate to sit on our asses discussing these situations over a "computer" and eat re food work our jobs and live our lifes we dont take in account how unfortunate they actually are.. we are speaking out of our asses

let me try to take a different approach to this

Okay So Yes If we stopped sweat shop's the people would mostly starve... but that’s just because we have created our own mess! if we didn't bring sweatshops upon our self then these people would not have shitty working conditions and low pay.. and if we didnt create this mess there would be no discussion on if these people would starve if the sweat shop got shut down...

soooo okay i don’t agree with them.. but i have to accept them cause of what humans on this earth have created... what i said in my first post was on a broader sense of things... environmental issues social and blah blah..

Its not an argument at all! im just stating the facts! let see you give up your fucking life up and live working in a sweatshop! And lets see how happy you are!

And of course i have bad spelling and grammar! i know that.. i'v always known that i laugh at my self all the time and accept the fact i have a dysfunction with my writing it’s a good humorous kick sometimes

Hahah you should see some comments my English teachers tell me

    What facts did you state?
I don't have to give up my life and work in a sweatshop. What does that have to do with anything?

I'm glad you're proud of your ignorance.

i would love for you to completely contradict my logic and tell me other wise so i can see it from other view’s in detail.. i would like to learn from my mistake and grow with my knowledge .. now please do it in a friendly manor not a (Superior bitch) approach which u apparently seem to have displayed so far.. a peaceful connecting way where we are in a environment to learn and grow from our differences. Not to argue and become disloyal to each other, and to have a continual battle.. please I really don’t like the negativity

of course u dont have to give up your life..

that’s what im saying if you did and had to live and be in the shoes of one of those children in India working in one of those sweatshops

just by some chance u might MIGHT have a different opinion

    If not…. Im sorry

doesnt it suck that instead of trying to find a solution or something were all arguing ABOUT sweatshops? obviously, everyone should be happy. whether or not theyre moral or they work isnt important.

    No, I wouldn't.
I'd be grateful I had a job to make a bit of money to eat on.

when it comes to sweatshops I agree with moon_flower on this, personally I don't give a shit about them, reality is they are where us developing countrys were & theres always going to be countrys like that, nobody was saying wasn't it awful working in a factory doing a shitty job to live when it was part of everyday life, you were grateful to live to have food on the table! My Great Aunty worked in a shoe factory stamping the size on the shoe till she retired for christs sake because she had to live so don't give me no sweatshop crap!!

i agree with you, when you have very little, anything is amazing. i think its easier for us to feel sorry for people than it is for people to feel sorry for themselves. imagine one meal every few days being everything to you. imagine being beyond proud to present your family wiht your few cent earnings. when life is like that, it seems better than nothing--than prostitution or slavery--or death.

at the same time--we shouldnt be priding ourselves on being a developed country that can eat smaller countries who produce things for our economies to grow on.

Why shouldn't we? If you've got it, flaunt it.
