sunday dinner

I'm going to have to try this. I love to cook and I love to make and experiment with new recipies. Only problem I have is I never make the exact same dish twice.

 

oh sorry i didnt mean pork roasts i love pork roasts they never seem to be to dried out and they have really good flavor. i was talking about cheapo beef chuck roasts or something along that lines. even the last roast which was a ribeye wasnt that great to me ive just never cared for that flavor of meat.

 

beef is overrated....lamb is the best!

a pork roast cooked in apple juice is amazing, though.....sweet and savory...

 

best roast I've ever had is my uncles top sirloin roast with pappy's steak rub and a few added secrets done on a gas grill... mmm mmm delicious!

 

You should try rye toasted with garlic on top. After toasting put a thin layer of butter, than a tomato. Delicious.

Edit: So basically add a tomato. lol.

 

I need some decent chicken recipes... and practice not overcooking the chicken.
