My method works really well even if theres people who watch you. just tape the medicine bottle with clean urine behind the snake, facing down so when its time to pee all you have to do if push and twist the cap off and aim into the cup. its not uncomfortable at all either.

 

Yeah you can use non-lubricated condoms too. They are easier to sneak around and more comfortable too. But be sure to use the non-lubed ones, unless you want the knot to come undone and have piss get all over you.
