    Ah, I remember when that album came out. I was in high school. They sold a lot of copies to people who didn't even like Herb Alpert!

    Yeah, she is a looker... I was just being facetious about overdoing the sun cream.

    Back to topic, I do believe that some kinds of sun protection are helpful so we can safely enjoy more time outdoors without our clothes.
    I do worry about the ones that have harmful chemicals. Sunblocks are a family of products that use safer ingredients.

    It appears to me that there are various articles floating around on the web saying how antioxidants as well as omega 3 helps to work like an internal sunscreen. There was this one thing that I read saying burning easily may be a result of omega 6: omega 3 ratio is distorted which should be 3:1 but many americans may have like 15:1 or higher. I suppose an alternative to sunscreen would be shade, that works a lot better than sunscreen. I'm not a fan of sunscreens too many toxic chemicals.

    I have never thought about this but your right mine have never burnt but do go brown . that is odd .
