The only person this could be I haven't been thinking about for several years... I haven't been waiting on reconciliation. Doubt very much she is either...

 

I try to reconcile because I'm a decent person. I feel as if no reciprocation speaks volumes of cowardice.
Two people not talking is stubborn lol, but it differs when one human being is trying to be human.

 

So... Let me get this straight. I'm not a decent person and I'm a coward for letting a woman go her own way and not contact me ever again.

Nope, I'm saying if you tried to reconcile, and received no reciprocation, then they are cowards.

If you've been asked to cease contact that's different and probably should respect that request but if it's like warring sisters who don't speak, and one tries to open up and the other is too pig headed to acknowledge or try to reconcile with, then that's a bit gutless. I see it in my extended family.
