I did read that article...and I'm still not sure exactly what they can or can't do legally. All I really understood out of all of that was that "administrative punishment" for "use" of the drug is effectively abolished. (I cannot equate marijuana as being a drug...I don't care how many times the ignorant asses in the gubmint say it is )

It says not a word about there being dispensaries, what people can legally have, if you have to have a medical card for possession, if you can grow your own...nothing about how you can legally obtain it...yeah...that article left a lot of info out...probably intentionally.

Had a great weekend, little one was funny, even though she got the DVDs last time, she insisted on recording the songs on her phone, well, what she didn't bargain for, was she was taping herself too.. very funny.

She goes into hospital tomorrow, having her long line fitted for new meds.. Tsk! Never gets any easier!

yes it is a drug....it is the whole reason medical use was approved before anything else...because it is a valuable drug...….I am surprised you say different?

what kind of quiche? i love quiche. my favorite is my dad's broccoli swiss mushroom, my mom used to make a cauliflower cheddar one too. delicious. and even better the next day.

I do and will always consider a "drug" as being something man-made.

Herbs (of any kind), or ointments, etc that are made from things of nature that aren't altered (unless you consider washing or heating altering) I consider medicine - but not drugs per se.

I do understand that in order for medical use of marijuana to EVER be legal, I realize it must be considered a drug.

I just don't agree...I DO think it is medicine...very valuable medicine..but I don't consider it a drug. l'm sorry, that's just the way I think.

But if it'll help medical use get legalized everywhere I would never argue with the concept of it being a drug.

In the context of this sub-forum where I can be honest about what I think...I do not, and never will think of marijuana as a drug. Medicine, yes.
