It was in English. He's Danish. I don't speak that. I don't mind Danes, they our dark skinned Viking brethren. I don't like him though. Work yesterday he was alright, but there'll always be that.. Weariness I guess from me now. One of those cross me once... Cross me twice? BOOOOOOM HEADSHOT!

i think it's quicker to lash out insults in english. in german it would be like, if you were having a rant, i think would be shorter. so in an argument i'd say i'd do better in german, plus when i talk really fast english i often use words that shouldn't be there or i don't know what mean :p and i also get very anxious and start blubbering and feel like i cant talk, so in english thats worse lol.

But anything spoken in German sounds a hell of a lot scarier than it would in English, especially when said in a loud voice.

Nice people I'm sure but punk by nature requires you to have no talent. It's more about the look and attitude pissing of "the man" then the desire to make any music.

Learn one chord, record album for $50 and make sure it sounds like it, grow mow hawk, profit. But people have fun with it.

To say you don't understand the punk aesthetic is an understatement.

I'm bidding for this on eBay. Currently it's at £78. I can only go up to £140. I really want it. It has an internal CD burner which is hard to find these days as everything is going digital. I'm holding back till the final hour of bidding. I'm going without beer to get this:

Was it a thread where I was putting him in his place in my usual polite but sarcastic manner, or was it while I was away in hospital and he thought that it was Christmas and got himself banned.
If you had spotted the reply where I told him to smash his trademark cellphone up with a hammer to stop the Babylonians stealing his electricity and then post some pictures, you would have had a really good laugh. :yum::yum::yum:
Poor David, I really quite liked him, But not his rude replies to a few members.

The “Vaccinations” thread in the “Health” subforum.

@wilsjane - when were you in the hospital? I hope you’re doing ok now.

Sometimes the best solution is not the most expensive one: good engineering is.

Thank you. The doctors think that I am falling apart, but needless to say, they cannot stop laughing. Particularly when I insisted on adjusting everything for my MRI scans. They ended up calling me doctor, it was so funny. Now they want a new scanner and hope that I will persuade Jane to help put two million pounds their way. She will go ballistic when she finds out.

I get so annoyed when I see people on the internet criticizing the grammar and spelling of someone who is making an effort to respond in English for our benefit.
I often send them a message and ask them to reply to me in fluent Welsh. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a reply.

PS, This is my above comment in Welsh.

Rwy'n teimlo mor annifyr pan fyddaf yn gweld pobl ar y rhyngrwyd yn beirniadu gramadeg a sillafu rhywun sy'n ymdrechu i ymateb yn Saesneg er budd ein hunain.
Yn aml, rwy'n anfon neges atynt ac yn gofyn iddynt ymateb i mi mewn Cymraeg rhugl. Yn ddiangen i'w ddweud, nid wyf eto wedi cael ateb.

So, the time on my phone is two minutes slower than the time on my work laptop. Hmm. I’m going to believe my work laptop. ;)

That’s weird because I thought computers and phones are all sort of synced together.
