Research proposal presentation done... now back home to take care of a sick kid. He had to get sick during my busiest week of the semester. Always how it goes.

You'd think that I'd learn to get more done in advance, but I never do.

 

I'm making a killer mac and cheese for dinner. I've learned that making it in cast iron gets the nice crispy sides and bottom.

imagine now having to pick up your childs meds but now you have to drive across town.. all because of this whackjob behavior that seems to be spreading..

 

We made vegetarian pizza, but I snuck salami on mine haha. Night was good. Got her real stoned she is out cold now. She's different, sweet, young girl. Different in a dorky way, shy until you get some gear into her then flirty dancing type. We watched TV shows, she watched me game a bit when she was talking to my wife. We smoked some Js. Now she's asleep.

Something wrong with my tummy though.

Well my tummy gets upset from the inflammation in my back and the pills I take to counter that, so I just don't see a point in going to doctor, just something I need to deal with.

 

Making edibles with hash is so much easier. It just dissolves into the coconut oil.

Now I play the waiting game to see how strong it is.

I'm in North Carolina. I think the missus's dad is finally accepting me a bit more. She wants us to bond. I don't know I would never say the things I say on here. I try to be polite but I can tell we are on different wave lengths. He's nice enough I'm just not going to go hunting with him.

Typical dad stuff I suppose. Am I doing well at my job? How do I plan to provide for his baby girl?
